Shipping & delivery: when will my coffee arrive?

Free standard shipping on orders over $40—if your bundle totals $40 or more it ships free, otherwise standard shipping is added to your recurring total. We roast and pack your order in Minneapolis, and it typically ships within three business days (we're closed weekends and most holidays).

Orders go out via UPS or USPS, and most locations in the continental U.S. arrive within about four business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it's on its way. (Free shipping and standard transit times apply to the contiguous U.S.)

How fresh is the coffee?

Every order is roasted in small batches in Minneapolis and shipped within a few business days, so it arrives fresh. You'll find the exact roast batch date printed on the back of every bag.

What if I don't love the coffee I picked?

You're never locked in. Swap to a different roast, change your grind, or adjust your bundle anytime from your account—and pause or cancel whenever you like. If something isn't right with your order, reach out to our Minneapolis team and we'll help make it right.
